With some delay, step to my summary of what happened in the XIV Conference on Information and Documentation of Health Sciences. Personally I think everything is contained between Inaugural lecture of Professor Guillermo Olague and Closing Conference of a. Professor Merlo Veg And I believe both are part of the same discourse as they are two additional readings to understand what is the profession of librarian-archivist today. In the words of Professor Merlo Vega in "living libraries without complex today with the tablet pen" and here we go ... in a perpetual change and in an eternal return to the very essence of our library work.
's been a busy days where I have met colleagues from the profession to follow through social networks but I did not know físicamnete, and I must say that I have contagious enthusiasm and hope to be worthy of its "digital friendship."
began the conference with seminars, two of them attended the first of the morning given by Gonzales Nieves University Librarian and Professor of documentation Seville University Pablo de Olavide, there is presented very interesting aspects of services Virtual Reference ( or have contact with users in the Virtual Libraries Digital ) I include here the presentation.
The second seminar in the morning I attended was "Design and development of information products Rupal D" given by Jesus Trasmullas Univesidad professor of Zaragoza (Department science literature).
